Autumn training info

New training session
There is a new Thursday night training session running from 6-7pm. Any club member is welcome at no extra cost. The session will cover endurance and sprint training, with occasional hill rep sessions and longer runs. As the nights draw in you will need a hi-vis top and head torch.

Saturday training
This has now reverted to the normal times:
U11 9-10.30
U13+ 10-11.30.
Athletes are expected to arrive before the start time, so the session can start promptly, and stay for the whole session. These may be indoors or outside, so please bring appropriate clothing.

Kit
We prefer athletes to wear club T shirts for training, and it is essential to wear a club vest if competing. Steph comes to the first training session of every month to sell kit.
