The cross country league ended in glorious sunshine at Oswestry on 4 December. It was another good day for Beth, with a superb win, and Ruari, who again got third. The U13G gave a solid performance in third and the U17W gained a heroic second.
The final standings at the end of the four races are:
The girls came a good second overall, but our consistent failure to get boys’ teams out reflected in the club’s 7th position overall.
Beth won the U13G title, and Ruari took bronze in the U11B competition. Well done to both of them.
Many thanks to everyone who ran, and all the parents/guardians who supported. Remember to enter the county champs!
