Training starts again on Saturday September 5^th and Tuesday September 8^th.

Training times are:

U11: 9.00 – 10.00  followed by cross-country 10.00 – 10.30.

All others age groups: 10.00 -11.00 followed by cross-country 11.00 – 11.30 on Saturdays and 19.00 – 20.00 on Tuesdays.
